CCI has been invited by DIMIA to represent individual members at these events; therefore as a valued member, we would like to extend to your company the opportunity to be represented by CCI at any or all of these events.

The Expo will feature a range of Australian employers, peak industry bodies and government representatives and will specifically target qualified tradespeople, engineers, and health professionals. It is being regarded as "the easiest, fastest and cheapest way to recruit overseas workers that you will find anywhere," (Mr Abul Rizvi, Deputy Secretary - DIMIA).

CCI will represent WA industry and provide emigration advice to prospective skilled migrants to metropolitan or regional WA. In particular, CCI will highlight current and prospective WA skill shortages for those occupations which employers find difficult to source. 

The Expos will take place in:

London	27 - 29 September 2005
Amsterdam	3 - 4 October 2005
Berlin	6 - 7 October 2005
Chennai (Madras)	11 - 13 October 2005

By registering participation early, your specific job opportunities will be advertised by DIMIA for the London and Chennai Expos.

In addition to these expos, CCI intends to manage two additional expos in the United Kingdom solely for the benefit of member companies.  The expos will draw on CCI's database of nearly 500 qualified candidates. These people will be invited to meet directly with CCI representatives at expos being held in Glasgow and Manchester.

This initiative provides an opportunity for your organisation to substantially benefit from direct representation at either one or all of these expo locations. Your organisation will receive the following benefits:

• CCI staff will assess, screen and shortlist appropriate personnel
• provide access to CCI leads database
• provide service in regards to processing visas for the skilled migrants (at member rates)
• reduce your skill shortages
• promote your company profile

In participating in these expos, CCI will be representing your business therefore we require access to your human resource manager or appropriate person to establish your employment criteria from which we will identify the skilled migrants to invite to the UK expos. 

CCI is undertaking this initiative to support its members accessing skilled employees. The cost of CCI's involvement will be covered by company sponsorship.

The final cost of sponsorship will depend on the level of participation.  At this stage, the following level of support is sought:
