CCI Skills Match combines a number of initiatives to help businesses combat the current labour shortage in WA.

CCI supports an integrated approach between government and industry in addressing labour shortages including:

• an increase in the investment towards vocational training
• an increase in the number of traditional trade apprentices which includes engaging in Fast-Track and other accredited pathways for existing employees
• increasing the skill level of the existing workforce through re-skilling and up-skilling programs to meet future needs.
