The advice we give to you is based on the information you provide to us. If that information is incomplete or inaccurate we bear no responsibility for the effect of that on the outcome of the application or the suitability or accuracy of the advice given or the actions taken by us on your behalf.

We acknowledge that you are not in a position to know of any possible adverse information or finding contained in the sealed medical reports, and we know that you will not have knowledge of the medical results until the Department opens the reports.
