CCI E-commerce Enquiry Service - free of charge for CCI members

CCI
members can now submit written enquiries on a range of e-commerce and
web-related issues.
This enquiry service is available exclusively to
members and provided by the Vivid Group, leaders in website development,
information technology and online marketing.
Questions that require 10
minutes or less to answer will receive a response within 48 hours of submission
and free of charge.
Questions that require more than 10 minutes to
address may incur a fee, however, the member will be contacted by a Vivid
representative prior to any chargeable work commencing.
The new service
is designed to provide practical advice on a range of web-related issues
including:
Domain name registration and redelegation
Search engine registration and optimisation
Content Management Systems and their application
SPAM legislation and permission marketing
Website design and online applications
Hosting and server maintenance
Website security
Online purchasing and payment facilities
Simply log in to submit a
question via the email form. A Vivid representative will respond within 48
hours. This information will be handled in accordance with CCI's Privacy Policy.
