CCI's Employee Relations Committee provides a forum for discussing employee relations issues and provides advice directly to the CCI Board.
It develops policy submissions on significant issues including proposals to change employee relations legislation or wide-spread industrial action and proposes appropriate responses to the CCI Board.
It is Board-appointed and chaired by a Board member and meets on an as-needs basis.
