The Chemical Industries Committee reports and provides advice to the Manufacturing, Engineering and Resource Council on matters pertaining to chemical industry companies, particularly dangerous goods regulations, hazardous materials emergency management and insurance.
Membership is drawn from chemical industry companies and meetings are held quarterly.
The Committee reports to the Board through the Manufacturing, Engineering and Resource Forum (MERF).
