CCI’s Construction Services group takes a proactive approach towards employee relations, working on projects from the outset to help foster a productive working environment in a range of construction and resource development projects.

Proven Track Record
CCI’s Construction Services has played an integral role in a number of the state’s largest resource construction projects over many years. The group can design and manage an employee relations strategy tailored to specific project needs.

This pro-active approach, together with our extensive involvement over many years enables us to identify potential issues at the outset, which reduces the likelihood of disruptions during the main construction phase.

Our consultants can provide expert advice over the phone, or ongoing support by assigning a Project Adviser to oversee the following areas:

> development of employee relations strategies consistent with project objectives
> on-site occupational safety and health services
> on-site management and training programs on relevant issues such as employee relations legislation, right of entry responsibilities and obligations, performance management, site agreement briefings and dispute settlements
