CCI represents employers on the WorkCover Legislative Review Stakeholders’ Reference Group currently reviewing the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981.
CCI’s work in occupational safety and health and workers’ compensation is supported and guided by a member Occupational Safety and Health/Workers’ Compensation Committee. The committee meets quarterly and provides considerable input into the development of national and state legislation including standards and codes of practice.
