An employer is required to have an Injury Management Policy

Injury Management Code of Practice
The Policy must comply with the requirements of the Injury Management Code of Practice. WorkCover WA has released guidance notes to the Code.

Injury Management Plan
An employer must also draft an Injury Management Plan that outlines the goal and duties of the return to work plan.
