About our migration consultants
CCI’s Migration Consultants (MARN 0318589) are registered to practice under the Migration Act 1958 and the Migration Agents Registration 1998.
It is against the law to offer migration assistance in Australia unless registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
The Office of the MARA is a discrete office attached to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. The Office of the MARA administers the functions of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, which is set out in s316 of the Migration Act 1958. The Office commenced operations on 1 July 2009.

Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct details the professional and ethical standards for registered migration agents.
It is legally provided for in section 314 of the Migration Act 1958, and it is prescribed in Schedule 2 of Regulation 8 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.
