CCI continues to work hard to ensure the business view is represented in the public and political arena. As the voice of business, CCI has done much to influence government policy and to keep public debate focused on key business issues. CCI's Board, councils and committees are a critical component of that activity, providing forums to help identify issues of concern to business and industry and help direct CCI policy and lobbying strategies on behalf of members.

As part of an effort to further strengthen CCI's policy activity, CCI is undertaking a review of councils and committees to ensure they continue to effectively meet the needs of all stakeholders. This review will encompass the structure and scope of activity of the councils and committees, their major activities and outcomes, support systems and operating parameters.  Most importantly it will focus on feedback from members of those councils and committees and other CCI members.

"I would like to encourage your contribution to this important process and look forward to your support" said Chief Executive, John Langoulant.

The short member survey is available below. Responses close on 22 October 2004. All information collected is regarded as confidential and for internal CCI use only. An individual's privacy and confidentiality will be protected in accordance with CCI's Privacy Policy and individual sources will not be identifiable in survey results.
