Underpinning CCI’s advocacy efforts are the CCI member forums and committees. These forums and committees allow members to contribute to CCI’s advocacy work by generating debate and feedback on various industry issues, which in turn help to shape CCI policy.
The Food Industry Advisory Group, and industry reference group, was established in July 2011 with members from the CCI Food Committee and the former Food Industry Association. The purpose of the group is to discuss key position points and strategies relating to major issues facing State’s food industry sector. The group provides a single voice for Western Australian food industry businesses.
