The facility has formerly been used to exclusively train Apprenticeships Australia apprentices but is now opening its doors in 2012 and will provide training to electrical and mechanical apprentices from any business.
Courses we offer
- Certificate III Engineering (Electrical)
From 2012 ITI will be offering MEM and UEE electrical training packages.
- Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical)
Upon completion of this apprenticeship, graduates will receive a Certificate III Engineering (mechanical).
- Certificate IV Inlec (Electrical Instrumentation Apprenticeship)
Upon completion of this apprenticeship graduates will be eligible to apply for an Electrical Licence from the Office of Energy/State Licensing Board.
- Certificate IV Engineering (Instrumentation)
Upon successful completion participants will receive a Certificate IV in Engineering (Instrumentation) or a statement of attainment for any completed units and competency demonstrated. Instrumentation is one of the most sought after and technical trades.
- Electrical Trade Revision
Designed to provide comprehensive training to assist apprentices to identify and rectify any possible learning needs before undertaking their Capstone exam.
- Hand Skills
Designed to provide students the knowledge and practical skills to successfully use hand tools and power tools. This is an excellent pre employment course to enter the industry.
