CCI’s industrial award service covers most awards and includes a copy of the State or federal award, amendment schedule and separate wage guide, backed by expert telephone advice through the Business Advice Centre and online access. Each time an award is varied, replacement pages are mailed to subscribers along with a letter explaining the amendment’s affect.

CCI can also provide a NAPSA (i.e.: a Notional Agreement Preserving a State Award ) which is useful for constitutional corporations who were prior to 27 March 2006 covered by a State Award. The State Award is effectively frozen as at 27 March 2006 and the NAPSA underpins the employment obligations of those constitutional corporations.
