Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986
Please be advised that the above mentioned regulations were amended, effective from 1 January 2012, so as to reduce the statutory contribution rate to the Construction Industry Portable Long Service Leave Scheme to 2%. This amendment is effective for the January to March 2011 period return, due for lodgment by 15 April 2011.
Please note that the Contribution Rate has decreased to 2% of the ordinary rate of pay.
Apprentices will continue to be exempt from contributions.
This is a general notification to all members. If you do not operate in the construction industry as defined by the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Act 1985 then these amendments may not apply to you.
