Election Scorecard

With only two days remaining until the 2010 Federal Election, CCI has released an independent assessment of the key policies put forward by both major parties to help business, and households, make informed decisions at the ballot box.

While both parties have released some policies that are pleasing to business and industry, overall, CCI believes that the major political parties have largely ignored the issues that matter to the people and the businesses that are driving the Nation's growth.

Earlier in the campaign, CCI released its Strategies for Growth paper which sets out the key issues faced by local employers, and what the next Government must do to fix them. The report has formed the basis of our policy assessment.
