As a Host Company you will be required to provide:
- adequate supervision of the apprentice/trainee while on site
- training to comply with apprentice/trainee Training Program Outline (TPO), ensuring they receive adequate training and exposure to comply with their units of competency
- a safe work environment.
Apprenticeships Australia handles all the employer obligations and we organise it so you only pay for the time the apprentice/trainee is on the job; you don't pay when they are at off-the-job training, Annual, Sick or any other kind of leave.
